I have presented nationally on topics related to optimizing psychological well-being in adults and children, improving the quality of parent-child relationships, and the role of human relationships in reducing the impact of psychological stress.

I have served on the faculty of USC for 7 years and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for 12 years.  A treatment approach that I have developed has been recognized as a “Best Practices Model” by the California Institute of Mental Health.
